About Me
In 2003, Breast Cancer knocked me down. I picked myself back up, and the journey of awakening began. In 2008, the loss of my beautiful angel, Jaymie Rose, knocked me down again. She gave me the strength to begin living again, for her and for my son.
In 2023, after seventeen years of building a popular brand of chocolate called Righteously Raw, I was forced to shut down my company. I was financially broke and burdened with debt. That year held tremendous loss as my mom passed away at almost eighty-nine, my dog was put down just shy of sixteen, and I underwent total knee replacement surgery, which knocked me off my usual physical pillar of strength. I also found myself without a dime to my name and nowhere to live.

My Books
One year ago in January 2025 I sat down to finally write a book about my life, my spiritual journey and the transformation that happened along the way. I never wanted to be a writer and I never thought I would ever write a book. I actually tried many times over the seventeen years that I ran Righteously Raw Chocolate but my writing was all over the place and couldn’t settle on a direction or path for anything. I gave up so many times yet my customers who bought my chocolate kept telling me I had to share my story so one day last January I sat down with a pen and paper. Something magical happened to me and the only way I can describe it is that automatic writing kicked in. Maybe the universe thought since I had no writing talent it would help me and send me information, I don’t know, but whatever it was something clicked and the words came out of me faster than I could write them. My son would make fun of me because I wasn’t using a computer but I bought tons of pads of paper, pens and just wrote every day. When I finished the first book I didn’t have the money necessary to turn the book into an edited book with a cover so I started writing the second book. In September of 2025 I found some amazing folks on Fiverr who I hired to do my editing and formatting, design and illustration for the covers, a website designer to create a beautiful website and a YouTube channel creator. In October 2025 The Serpentine Road The Way From Wandering To Wonder was published on Amazon and one month later in November 2025 The “Activist” Seek No Truth, Hear No Truth, Speak No Truth was launched on Amazon. I realized with my writing that it was just like my drumming, I always thought I couldn’t do it but that was a lie I told myself. I am a writer now just like I am a drummer. My new motto is If you think you can’t, think again…..
The "Activist"
In an evolving society, truth is essential because it forms the foundation of conviction, progress, and effective conflict resolution. When a society fails to commit to seeking the truth, its institutions, human relationships, and collective emotional and mental stability collapse into separateness, unconsciousness, and mindlessness.Understanding the difference between truth and perceived truth is vital to a healthy society because it enables collaboration, trust, empathy, compassion, and collective harmony. Perception of truth is personal and often limited, as each individual has their own understanding shaped by personal experience.
Truth, on the other hand, is continuous, factually objective, and consistent; it exists independently of personal perception. Mindfulness offers a clearer path for those seeking truth by opening the way to self-awareness and revealing the illusion created by personal perception. This book is written to open our minds, foster greater empathy for one another, and help us recognize our own mental distortions when we stand in judgment of others simply because they think differently from us. Society begins to decline the moment we choose mindlessness over compassion and unconsciousness over truth. Every human being who has chosen to enter this earthly plane in a physical body possesses the inherent ability to be mindful and to love others regardless of political beliefs, skin color, cultural background, or sexual identity. This is how we heal the division that plagues our world, one mindful, empathetic, high-vibrational thought at a time.
Pivots , divots , and disappearing
On the spiritual awakening journey of ascension, there is one very significant stop along the path that is the most transformative and illuminating experience you will inevitably encounter. Disappearing, becoming unseen, and becoming irrelevant is a deeply life-changing, though incredibly challenging, realignment of the self. To reside in this stage requires deep introspection and perseverance as you move through ego constructs, letting go of any need for validation, admiration, or control.
It is a process in which the ego begins to dissolve so the authentic, true self can be born. This stage is a crucial pause for the individual who is disappearing, allowing the false self to break down so the divine, innate essence of who you are meant to be can emerge. When you withdraw your energy from the world, the overwhelming isolation becomes your greatest inspiration.
To exist in nothingness, emptiness, and solitude is the most profound precursor to moving from the old self of doing to the new self of being. You become open to what is, questioning everything, and ultimately guided by faith and trust in a higher power. This is a temporary stop, but one you must remain in for as long as it takes to awaken to the illusion of time, the external world, and the delusion of being a separate being disconnected from the universe.
This is the place where all that you believed yourself to be is undone. This is the sacred pause of disappearing, so you can return whole, in Oneness with your soul.

Business Coach
As an entrepreneur who started an Organic, Vegan, Kosher, Gluten-Free, Allergen/Nut Free chocolate company in 2007 (Righteously Raw Chocolate/ Earth Source Organics and grew the company for seventeen years into a co-packing and food manufacturing company, I am able to offer my services to help other entrepreneurs create their dream business. As a Transformational Life Coach and Medium, I am able to offer support throughout the difficult journey of becoming a business owner and to share my own experiences to help stave off the many ups and downs of building a business. Starting a business is not just about the product but also about the people who are behind the dream. Business without spiritual insight is an extremely treacherous journey, one where too many fail along the way. It is not because they have a bad product, it is because they failed to do the inner work necessary for the path to success.
Mediumship/Channeling

Grief and Illness Support
Spiritual support during times of loss and grief is so important to find meaning in that loss. Having the wisdom to understand about afterlife, death and understanding how mindfulness during grief allows you to choose joy instead of grief. During times of illness or facing devastating outcomes from sickness, it is important to understand the divine purpose of why we are here, what happens FOR us in place of what happens TO us can be life transforming. The lessons that are there for us during times of deep suffering are meant to teach us not to cause us unceasing pain.
Building a successful business
Building a successful business is not just about creating the perfect product, it is about creating from within then letting the external unfold to match the internal vibration. It is about detaching from anything that is based in fear and allowing good to come to you. It is about letting go of a lack mindset to bring in an abundant mindset and to stop forcing things to happen instead allowing them to unfold as they are meant to. When you create a business using a holographic principle of recognizing that your external world is a mirror reflecting back at you with the understanding that if your external world is not working then you go within to fix it. When your business foundation was started through inspired action and not desperation for success it will unfold in an amazing way.
